Built around 1100. May be linked to family name. Little information found but it may be under restoration or youth hostel. wurdsmiff The Roads to Ruins http://www.roadstoruins.com/rochsburg.html site gives the data you provide, however I found a little more on a tourist guide.
ROCHSBURG: Situated on a rocky spur, Rochsburg fortress tops the valley. It was occupied by the Counts of Schonburg till 1900. Attractive elements are the keep of 32 meters height, a spiral staircase in the western wing, the chapel from the 16th century, the 74-meter well from the 15th century and the wellhouse. The museum shows valuable Renaissance, Baroque and Rococo furniture and paintings.
There is also a good photograph at http://www.freedomone.com/valleyof.htm
