------------------ [This message has been edited by Marko (edited 10-30-2001).] ------------------ Gordon.Krysteldragon I'm looking for our family castle.I don't know if it's changed names or not.
I'm going to N Ireland and Scotland this next summer and would like to find it and bring back pictures for the family album and for my Grandmother who was born 10 km from it. It would tickle her so much to see pictures of her childhood area. She's 83 now and I want to give her something special for her birthday in Dec.
If anyone knows ANY information, I'd deeply appreciate it.
Its in the County of Aberdeenshire in Scotland.Marko There is indeed a Fyvie Castle in Aberdeenshire in Scotland (why is the title of your question Fyvie Castle - Northern Ireland?). Below are some links I found: http://www.iei.net/~seanw/Fyvie%20Castle.htm

"A man's house is his castle"
Visit my website at http://www.castles.nl/wurdsmiff I confirm that Fyvie is indeed in Scotland, and although occasionally castle names are repeated, I cannot find reference to such a site in Ireland.
