Gordon A Norman Castle is simply a castle built by the Normans. Initially following the inasion, they tended to built Motte and Bailey castles, however as they established themselves they built in stone, and the styles developed from there. A concentric castle is simply a castle whose outer shape is repeated within by further walls which divided the interior into different sections. http://www.castles-of-britain.com/castlezf.htm
