I have just recieved the latest castle books for review from Mike Salter;
The castles of Connacht Ł6. 95
The castles of Ulster Ł4. 95
The castles of sth Munster Ł9. 00
and the massive;
The castles of Leinster Ł13. 00

details are now on Mike's new website at;

Leinster has 3 A5 pages with 5 columns on each listing the castles in this volume alone .. about 76 castles per column !
Support Mike and buy a few books off him. No one else in the U.K. is doing anything like this.

I guess I can direct this email towards Peter. I have been posting in the General Discussion area for my questions, but since this is regarding books, I will post here.

I did check out Mike's webpage, but being from the U.S. I cannot purchase through his website, it's for UK residents only. I am very interesting in the Welsh volumes, 4 I think. Residents outside of the UK are directed to another webpage, oxbow, I think. It doesn't seem that any of his books are availabe except for 2 of the 4 volumes of the Welsh castles. Maybe I'm not typing in the right key words. And I could not find any of the others on that website.

Anyway, I'm open to any suggestions. I did send an email to Mike, although, I see he does not check his emails often, which I understand.
