I think it may be either N Yorks or more likely somewhere further North but beyond that I am completely suffering from amnesia... can any kind soul help me out?

I thought I could attach it here but sadly not sure how.. please e-mail me and I will send it to you. Any info for attaching stuff in the future will be appreciated too.
