help! i need to know where the Castle Blanca is now and when it was built and who lives in it

Slight snag - there's more than one castle that can be called Castle Blanca. I'm guessing you mean the magnificent castle in Casa Blanca, Puerto Rico - it's actually called El Morro:

The castle was built in the 16th century by Juan Ponce de León, the "Great Conquistador" who colonized Puerto Rico and became its first Governor. However, Juan Ponce de León was killed (by an Indian's arrow while in the Florida jungle) before being able to set foot into the castle.
