We have several projects on the go or planned here at COTW and in dire need of Castle photos. Of course, we require that these photos are owned or copyrighted by you and that we are allowed to use them. We plan on adding a small note at the bottom of them - "Photo supplied by..." plus if appropriate, a website url. Please include this information plus the name of the Castle when mailing. We accept both email and snail mail submissions. Contact us for snail mail address. If sending a lot via email, contact us first for info.[This message has been edited by TheScribe (edited 01-16-99).]

Feel free to use some of the photos I've assembled of Castle Levan in Scotland - it's a typical early C15 L-plan tower-house. http://www.kirkburn.com/castlelevan/snapshots.html Please don't link to the URL as I'll be moving it as soon as I get round to sorting out my web-site. I'd appreciate it if you let me know if you use any pics.I also have floor plans, cut-aways and elevations - drop me a note if you'd like to see them. Dear Scribe, I have some beautiful photos of castles I took while in england last year. Loads of shots of Chepstow(all sorts). At Chepstow I had a tourist hold me by my ankles while i hung backwards off the stone balcony over the cliffs of the Wye to get some wonderful shots!Amazingly crazy what we will do in the name of art :-)Also have shots of Tintagel Castle and Restormal Castle, both in Cornwall. I took photos of abandoned castle ruins i would stumble upon while hiking that were overgrown and i do not know their names or history. Have other photos too of very olde churches and various English structures..etc. If you are interested in any of these ,I will be happy to share them .You are very welcome to E-Mail me at Shalott 93@aol.com. Sincerely, Shalott ------------------ Shalott

It has been a while since this request went out and since then we have installed The Castle Photo Archive. This section allows anyone to upload their favourite Castle photos and of course allows other to view them. If you do have Castle photos you would like to share with others, please do. They will be appreciated. Thanks to all that have answered this post.
