ipfloIn the following postings, I'll provide books that I've found interesting in the area of mansions, manor houses and palaces.

In Sweden a publisher in cooperation with the Swedish royal court and government has started a great series of books about the Swedish Royal Palaces and Castles.

Two books are already published, about the Kina Slott and Rosendal Palace. I got both books. They are in Swedish, i am not at all good in this language, but the books are beautiful, and have very good pictures. And despite the postage I am very glad that I have both books.

You can find info abou the books on (in Swedish):

ipfloWith Christmas I was in London and made a great a discovery in Hatchards: a great and new book about Hampton Court of Simon Thurley. Who also has published a good book about Whitehall Palace and a book about Royal Palaces of Tudor England

More info about the book you can find on:
