LisaI am looking for sites with or someone with blue prints of Castles. I have a 1/2 arce of land I want to build a Castle on in southeast Texas. I currently have a dome house on it but it has rotted away & will have to remove it which leaves me with a big open spot to build a Castle on. If anyone has any plans that I can give to a builder (I am willing to pay a reasonible price for them too) Please let me know you can either e-mail me privatly or post it here.
Thanks Lisa
duncanI knew of one and it's gone missing. You might try one of the other forums for ideas and see if something will help you.
Best of Luck

What sort of castle are you seeking to build?
I have blueprints of our castle - it's an authentic C15 twin-towered, Scottish tower-house.

Click the plans link on the following site to see if it's the kind of thing for which you're looking. Obviously, plans and elevations have been reduced in size for the convenience of the web:

I doubt that you could just use the blueprints as they stand as our terrain is likely to be very different, also, our plans would assume that you're going to build solid stone walls and stone vaults measuring between 1 and 2 meters thick.
