I've been asked this question, can anybody help?
Hello I am looking for the location of the manoral records for mulgrave manor. If you would please send information about how to search for the Ratcliffe-Bigod families I would appreciate it. The dates I am looking for are 1500-1580.

Peter The castle at Mulgrave has had many owners, being built by Peter I de Mauley (about 1214-1220). In 1428 in passed by marriage to the Bigods.
But after the death of Lady Bigod in 1566, it then passed to her grandson Francis Radcliffe. After his death in 1592 it went to Edmund, Lord Sheffield.
I would have thought any records for this family (s) would either be at the York Record Office, or, the PRO in London.
