DanielleI'm looking to find a castle that is shaped like a cross from an aerial view. It also sits on a hill surrounded by green grass.

I've tried searching for this castle, in vain, for a week now. Please help me!

Thanks!

ipflohi

could you give us a hint, which country or where do you have seen this castle before, how old does it look.

DanielleOk! I just found out it is in the movie Blown Away.
Daniellenow if someone can find me a link for a picture to check it out! please?
transylvanianThis is what I found on hollywood.com

If this is the movie you're talking about, it means that the castle must be in either LA or Boston.

ipfloon the internet i can find only one castle name associated with the movie:

castle gleigh prison in northern island (don't know if it really exists).

maybe this is the building you mean, at the end of the 19th century it was usual to build prisons in cross form, unfortunately i couldn't find a pic of it, so i am not sure, and í also don't associate prisons with hills of green grass.

GordonReally a topic for 'In The Movies', I'll move this thread later.
