I'D GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU CAN HELP ME FIND SOME INFORMATION ON MEDIEVAL CASTLES IN EUROPE DURING THE TIME PERIOD OF...500-1500 A.D. I'D LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY SITES I CAN CHECK OUT AND GET A NAME OF A CASTLE THAT WAS BUILT IN 500-1500A.D. AND WHEN IT WAS BUILT, WHERE WAS IT BUILT, WHY IT WAS BUILT, WHO HAD THE CASTLE BUILT, WHAT WAS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT HISTORICAL EVENT THAT OCCURRED AT THE CASTLE, AND HOW LONG THE CASTLE SERVED ITS PURPOSE, AND IF IT STILL EXISTS. I'D GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU CAN PROVIDE SOME SITES THAT WILL PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION ABOUT A CASTLE DURING THIS TIME PERIOD AND PROVIDES THE INFORMATION LISTED ABOVE. THANK YOU*

GordonPLEASE DON'T SHOUT, IT'S VERY RUDE.
This forum is for questions about specific castles, ie one which you know the name of. If your question is related to a school or college project then it should have been posted in the appropriate forum. However, since you are here, I would suggest that you follow some of the links provided at the foot of the page, or read some of the old posts. The ones in this forum on Dunbarton or Bothwell, might suit you. The range of your question is exceptionally wide. You really need to do some background reading first to narrow things down a bit. Try here http://www.castles-of-britain.com/index.htm
and here http://www.castlewales.com/home.html
You might find everything you need on either of these sites.
