Can anyone help me with info about Castle Santia (or Castillo de Santia in Spanish)? Its ruin is situated in the Zaragoza province in Spain, near a village called Erla. Have visited it but can't find historical info anywhere. http://www.castles.nl/eur/es/san/san.html ------------------ In mine books on Spanish Castles I couldn't find anything. But my search on the net has found an entry in a book: Castillos de España (volumen I).Editorial Everest, S.A. León, 1997. (P., 518.). I found it on http://www.ctv.es/USERS/emimar/inventar/z.htm Marko Hi all,
"But round about the castle there began to grow a hedge of thorns, which every year became higher...."
Visit my website at http://www.castles.nl/ipflo Hi
and it also says that the castle is known as Castillo de Santías.
