mmi1226 i am looking for information on SLANE (sp?)
castle in IRELAND. my great grandfather was sold by his parents to the then owners of the castle and was raised there as a page
to the gentry. he later emmigrated to the u.s. and became the william mckinley's butler. mckinley later became pres. of the u.s. but was unable to take my grandfather with him as the white house already had its own staff. i've always wondered what it looks like. thanks in advance. gec
