does some one know where I can find info on the Calenberg castle in Lower Saxony, it was once the residence of the guelph dukes of Calenberg (who later became electors of Hannover and Kings and Queens of the UK) and it was destroyed in the 30 year wars of the 17th century

Marko Just search for 'burg calenberg' on Google and you'll find several sites mentioning it and some giving a little info. The site below supplies some more historical info.
