Jnewmark517@hotmail.comHi! I was wondering if anyone could help me. I want to build a castle out of plaster paris. I have already looked on Hirstarts.com. I want to know how to make a whole kingdom and castle. Please help.

GordonA whole kingdom might be a bit ambitious, Why Plaster of paris? And how would you use it? Moulds? Sculpting a dry block? layering?
Take a look through the previous mails here to get some ideas on other materials and techniques, POP might get a bit messy. I visited your link, and I suspect you'd need a lot of moulds to make the number of blocks required, or it would take an age to build.
First decide on what type of castle you want to build by browsing through some castle sites. Find a set of plans that suit you, then work out how many blocks you'd need and plan the structure.Remember that the smaller the blocks, the better the detail you could put in. Sounds like a hard way to go, but manageable if you have the patience and the time.
