have not had much luck finding a good castle picture suitable for a cutout and with listing of parts can anybody help would appreciate the courtesy [This message has been edited by castleparts (edited 02-22-2003).] ------------------ Castle Levan is a typical Scottish tower-house of the 15th century. The rooms are not labelled - but you could do that yourself! Levancastleparts We have to do a sixth grade project on castles and castle parts We are doing a Medeival study and I need a drawing of a castle , maybe cutaway, that can be labeled with many parts. Any ideas on where I could find one? Gordon There are various drawings and glossaries available, but only limited sites with a combination of both. http://www.castlesontheweb.com/glossary.html http://www.castles-of-britain.com/castle38.htm http://www.angelfire.com/wy/svenskildbiter/drawings.html http://www.castlewales.com/casterms.html
This latter provides links to photos of examples of some items.
There are plenty of castle drawings and plans on my site linked below.
You will also find some pics in the photo archive of castle styles, in the castle features albums.
