PJ Sanderson Hi, I'm in the sixth grade and need help with a model project. I have to build a model of a castle, so I decided to make one of the one that my family was associated with in Scotland. Our family was a sept of the Clan MacDonnell of Glengarry, and the INvergarry Castle was their castle. I've found lots of photos of the castle today, in ruins, but cannot find one of what it looked like in the old days. Also, I'm still confused about what an "L-Plan" is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks.
PatrickPaul L-plan tower house - Distinctive Scottish form of the tower house in which a wing was added at right angles to the main tower block, thereby affording greater protection by covering fire and providing more accommodations.
Paul.
