would like to know if anyone has any idea where I can find the plans or at least an idea of what king arthurs castle was like as I am intending to build it in a 1 inch to 1 foot scale. I have been building dollhouses for about 10 years as well as furniture and hope to attempt this in the near future. Thanks for any and all help you can give. |

You won't find it. Arthur himself is a mythical character, probably based on some fact, but no one is certain where the original characters stronghold was. Many sites lay claim to having been 'Avalon' and 'Camelot', spreading from Cornwall in the south through Wales and England to Dunbarton in the North. Much of the modern story is based on a poetic version of later centuries which had very little basis in fact or supporting evidence. ------------------ 'Give me the groves that lofty brave, The storms, by Castle Gordon'.
