Hi! I need to make a cardboard Norman English castle for a school project. It can't be too big, I was thinking having the base-board around a meatre square.I'm only 12 and I don't have that much time to do it in, so it can't be too fiddly |

If you've never done this sort of thing before, it might be worth taking a look at some of the books with cardbard cut-outs of castles, and basing yours on one of those. There's a splendid model of Conwy Castle available, and it's not too expensive. Details are here: http://www.castlesontheweb.com/quest/Forum15/HTML/000017.html If you want to be more adventurous and build a model from scratch, the Castles of Britain site has plans and 3D views of several castles that might be very useful: http://www.castles-of-britain.com/castle16.htm The Castles of Wales site has ground plans: http://www.castlewales.com/beaumar1.html Hope this helps.
