You could try these parts of the ArchNet site. http://archnet.org/library/places/places.jsp?country_code=ir&collection_type=historical
and http://archnet.org/library/places/places.jsp?country_code=tr&collection_type=historical
You can also view the information on these lists by building type, usage and style.

Thanks ipflo!
just in case you were wondering why I needed them http://mariasurducan-diploma.blogspot.com/ - leider, it's in Romanian, but as soon as I finish university I'll make an English version... The works are all mine, and they sort of represent my last exam (thesis, or bachlor degree, not sure how it's called)- illustrations for Appointment in Samarkand.

If you are including ancient Sassanian palaces look up Bishapur, Firuzbad and takht-i Soleiman.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bishapur http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firuzabad
and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takht-i-Suleiman
Also http://www.livius.org/a/iran/firuzabad/firuzabad1.html

although all these are very ruinous.

For the Savafid complexes in Isfahan try here
http://archnet.org/library/sites/one-site.jsp?site_id=3940
http://archnet.org/library/sites/one-site.jsp?site_id=3939
and
