To build a good model you are going to need better information than is available onine. The Tower of London by Geoffrey Parnell (ISBN 0 7134 6863 7) is writtten by a professional archeologist, who has excavated parts of the tower. This book is very well illustrated with floorplans, cross-sections, elevations, recostructions and pictures giving the sort of detail that you will require. He states that the most completedescription of the architecture is in R. Allen-Brown and P.E. Curnow The Tower of London, Official Guidebook. You may be able to order this online from the official site wurdsmiff gave refernce to. Mr Parnells book can be order from English Heritage at http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/dminterface/dmehindex.asp?mkey=149 .------------------ Neurotics build castles in the air, psychotics live in them, Psychiatrists charge the rent, art therapists do the interior design and nurses clean out the garderobes! http://www.castlesontheweb.com/members/philipdavis/index.html
