I need to know when the earliest cannons were made

Not my subject, but I can tell you that artillary was already used at the battle of Agincourt in 1415, however, I don't know the type they used.
What is your definition of a 'cannon'? Hand gons were already used in the later 14th century in Europe, but they were carried by a single person.
In Asia artillary was supposed to have been in use much earlier.
