If anyone knows how to get ahold of information on marrying in an English (not Scottish) castle, please let me know. Of course, cost is of the essence! Prefer a castle with a chapel, if possible. I'm interested in hearing of others' weddings in castles. How is it that we have castles in New Jersey??

You could call Britrail's British Travel shop @ (212) 490-6688 and order "Dream Sleeps". The book contains listings of palace and castle hotels in England as well as Europe. The book costs 17.95 and the item # is 927. This will get you the places you could hire out. You then could and call one or two to get an idea of cost. Hope this helps

Hello Prijan,
May I suggest that you take a look at a Web site we are in the process of creating for Greystoke Castle who cater for weddings in the English Lake District.
