I see that SarahDay lives in Surrey so I presume she means the South East of England rather than than The USA (or any other country for that matter.) Tonbridge Castle in Kent can be used for wedding ceremonies - see http://www.tonbridge.org.uk/toncastl.html , if they are not appropriate they should be aware of the other castles in the SE that do weddings.
