Several in southern England; and I'm sure Ruthin Castle Hotel not far from me does them. All depends where you are situated and where you want to travel to ? Pretty sure there are several in Northumberland & Cumbria as well. I did find an Irish site (mainly south\east coastish) that had Castles where you could stay etc. for someone. Though the prices made my eyes water. Sadly I didn't make a note of it. But could always find it again if you wish ?
