smiler Member	posted 02-12-2003 09:22 PM iam trying to plan my wedding for upto 50 people. We would like to get married in an old castle (anywhere in spain or france). Somewhere where the ceremony can take place aswell.Additionally we would like a medieval style banquet afterwards as the reception. Also we would like it if possible to rent out all the rooms for all our guests so that they can stay overnight, or very nearby. Could you please help me in finding any accomodation like this???? thanks Jenny
Levan Moderator	posted 02-13-2003 02:38 AM I believe they do weddings in the castle at Carcassonne (Southern France). Great place for photos! I'd have thought there'd be several venues for mediaeval banquets too. Even if Carcassonne is not available, there are many Cathur castles in that region.
