As a gereral issue - it is better to exchange information on the CastleQuest bulletin board rather than have it mailed directly to you. Two big reasons:

1, you're at risk of virus infection when documents and other stuff is emailed to you (usually not intentional - but lots of folks are not as careful as they need to be).

2, you've very little way of verifying whether information you have been sent is factually correct - at least on CastleQuest the issues can be discussed and disputed (believe me - there is an awful lot of nonsense put out about castles that doesn't even get into the disputable category - much is just plain wrong).
