Savoy Senior Member posted 01-28-99 06:03 PM             Yes, there is a "Gillette" castle. This is located on the east bank of the Connecticut river in Connecticut. From the river, it resembles a Rhine castle. When you visit it, it is quite bizarre, but interesting. The builder did most all the work himself, which makes it very special. Ride the Connecticut Valley steam Railway, which will take you within walking distance of it.
