Could someone here please give me a rough range of castle size. (ie square feet)

I'm an 18 year old writer and I'm looking for detailed castle information. This site looks like it'll be a great help-it's well put together.

Something like a two story castle with a dungeon. Not extremely big, but of decent size. I know that's not the best explanation.

For groundfloor-plan of castles of every seize, you'd best have a look at

It's in german, but you can just choose a castle and click on 'Grundrissplan'...
