Hi my name is Raymond, I leave in Florida, USA, my idea is to get a group of 8 to 12 people that have a special love for real medieval castles in Europe, and buy a castle and restore it or buy it allready restored, for example there is a medieval tower for sale in Spain, it needs a complete restoration, there is a newer stone house attached to it, I think that we can buy it and divide the house so that each member will have a studio, and the tower will be the communal space, it is 4 stories high so we can get 4 rooms in the tower, they could be a big dining room, a tv/library, maybe an eat in kitchen on the other, etc. this way all members could use the castle all year, not like a time share or club, the tower is located in a charming little town, about 2 1/2 hours from Madrid, they are asking 240,000 euros about $300,000 then we will need about $200,000 to restore the property, and we will need monthly maintanance, I'm willing to do all the running around to make this a reality, if you are interested email mr to this address: elraymar@bellsouth.net, lets talk about it, and get all the details down on paper, I has some pictures |

Where exactly in Madrid's province is this tower located? I am just curious because I live in Madrid. |

the tower is not in Madrid province is about 2 1/2 hours from Madrid |
