The official web site for the Tower of London at http://www.hrp.org.uk/tol/indextol.htm is very fine. However to build a scale model you will almost certainly require a good guide book (Probable several books). The Tower of London by Geoffrey Parnell (ISBN 0 7134 6863 7) is very good with a multitude of pictures and plans.
