Any information concerning Hever Castle in Germany would be appreciated.

Are you sure you that the castle you're looking for is situated in Germany? 'Cause I couldn't find any mention of it anywhere on the web.
There is however a Hever Castle in Kent in the UK. Furthermore Hever is a village in the Flanders region in Belgium and a river in the northern part of Germany which borders the North Sea.
Maybe it would help if you'd give some more details.

I also searched for this castle and couldn't find it. There is, I discovered, another Hever in Hungary, although it is more usually know by it's Hungarian title. This may have a castle but I can't find a refernce.
