Author Topic:   Ireland- castle...or not??? Fresh Princess Member posted 07-02-2002 01:12 PM          I have ancestors that lived in Ireland and info that the place they lived called "Tenakill" is a castle. I have a picture of the place and I'd like to know how to tell if it's really a castle. It was built in the late 1700's to the early 1800's. Do you know which county it was/is in? duncan Senior Member posted 07-03-2002 09:50 AM             A castle called Kinkell had a extension built from around that time as many others did too. Can you provide a few more details?
