I located a 1974 reprint of an old (1800's?) J. Siebmacher article that puts Kaiser Leopold I and Johann Peter Dietrich at Castle Hirschingen on Oct. 15, 1700.

If the castle is located in present day Hirsingue, France, I am wondering why no one seems to have current or historical information relative to the castle. Is it still there or was it destroyed years ago?

I have searched the internet and have found nothing other than references to the J. Siebmacher article.
