While in Ukraine this summer, I visited a castle that was supposedly on the ancient city of Tyre. It was near Odessa, either in central or western Ukraine. It was on a big lake or sea. I would love to find out more information on this castle. Any ideas or information would be valuable. Thank you!

I am afraid it will be difficult to give your information, because the pointers aren't very clear (the ancient city of Tyre was (and is) in Lebanon) and the western Ukraine has many, many castles. The only idea I can give with this info, is that it maybe a castle is on the Krim peninsula, because they are many big mansions near the sea. But maybe if you can give us some more clues, we can give you some useful info.
