Years ago I read about a Castle that was in Scotland there was a
Painting made of it with one light on in one
tower and an inscription on the back which
read ( each century it will be Dark)
The castle was owned by a cruel Earl who
let his Eldest son do what ever he wanted
but kept the younger son locked in the tower
all his life It is said the light goes out
on the Painting once every 100 years on the annaversery of the sons death
But I do not know The name of this Castle
can anyone help me??????????

Not sure if story is fact (from the perspective of being a story that is really told about an actual castle, albeit a tall tale) or part of a fictional work.
