Author Topic:   U2 Castle in Ireland-- Carrickgogunnel? Steve Bingham Member posted 04-16-2004 10:47 PM             My daughter and I are going on a castle search in Ireland in May. We know how to locate 2 castles on U2's Unforgettable Fire album, Slane and Moydrum Castles. But we were interested if you know the location of the castle third castle, on the back cover. The Internet has it as Carrickgogunnel Castle. One post says it's in County Limerick and another post has it in County Tipperary. I hope someone has some information. It will be fun to see it when we're there in May.
