Author Topic:   Allington Castle, Kent WClayton Member posted 01-13-2008 12:31 PM          I know Allington Castle, Kent is closed to the public. But is it "viewable" from any public road or is it completely surrounded by trees and vegitation so you cannot see it and/or are public roads so far away it cannot be seen? I would like to be able to see it on a visit in the Fall of 2008. AJR Senior Member posted 01-16-2008 09:53 AM          It is easily viewable from the public footpath alongside the River Medway.
