There are castles in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Scotland, Ireland and every other European country. |

Fortified residences of lords (A good definition of a castle) exist in many countries. Japan has some fine examples which can be found on the web. India and Pakistan also have some great castles although these are much harder to find information about ------------------ |
