![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would like to use a cross disciple activity using drafting and history(middle ages). Does any body know a website that would give the basic backround of castles? I would like to create lessons describing castles(basics). Then, follow up the activity with drafting their own castle. Can anybody help me!! |

![]() ![]() I'm not sure how basic a basic background you're looking for. It is not possible to get fine detail on the web in this field so it's all basic to me. However here are some links you might like to try. Starting with the best. There are a fine set of essays at Jeff Thomas's Castles of Wales site http://www.castlewales.com/history.html . http://www.britannia.com/history/david1.html http://armouries.com/construct.htm http://www.radix.net/~mfeinberg/castles/ http://www.manitoulin-link.com/medieval/castles.html ------------------ |
