You should really think about your questions some more, and do some research beforehand.
The questions you have asked are vague and could only be answered reasonably by a long essay.
Think about how difficult it would be for you to answer if I asked you what everyday life is like in your country and how the houses are built. Big questions, Huh?
Your first question does not specify which period, what "country", for which social group(lords, soldiers or cesspit emptier) or even what aspect of everyday life.
The second question does not specify period or country either(as castles varied greatly by these two factors alone). Nor do you indicate which aspect of castle building. Do you want to know about materials used, designs, construction techniques or management of finances and manpower?
If you want to know about all these things, then I suggest you do a lot of reading. These are big topics about which much has been written.
If you want info on specifics, then please ask a specific question. We'll be happy to answer, if we can.
