This is part of my report to build a siege engine. A trebuchet or catapult. I need ideas to make it go far and accurately. We are having a contest and the targets are the teachers  and we are using waterballoons not molten lead so dont worry about it |

Sounds like a great project. I'd go for the trebuche. By the way, they sometimes used lead as counterweights and threw stones cut perfectly round. There is plenty of information on the web about building trebuches, including plans and such. You just need to search for it. Erik |
