what type of containers/bags did the medival ppl use for their food? and if u answer...what would be a good material to use to make lil ones for a castle project?....pleez and thnx

Hiya girl! They dont use containers or bags in the medieval days... at least that's what i think! Haha! I think you could use sturdy board's that are in Staples... you should go there RIGHT NOW!

Do you think they might've used straw baskets or something? Thats what I always thought... Woven straw baskets or cloth bags to carry food around, but I dunno what they used to store stuff... I hope that helps ^-^ ~Akiramenai

Barrels were used to store liquid and grain. Stone boxes were used to store meat - some castles had ice-houses too (precursor to the 'fridge).
